You will need the following to recreate the cards:

A die cutting machine with all the plates

Basic paper crafting tool kit: scissors, paper trimmer, adhesives, foam tape, low tack tape, and black paint, ink or Splatter Effects (for splattering), tweezers. Additional tools may be required.
