Can I earn points on in-store purchases?
Unfortunately, no — the rewards program only applies to online orders placed at craftsonthemove.com. My in-store and online systems are separate programs, so I'm not able to manually add points for in-store purchases. I wish I could!
I'm shopping at a show or event — can I still earn points?
Yes! If you're shopping with me in person, you have two great options: I can invoice you and you pay on the spot, OR you can place your order online right there and I'll pull it for you. If you go the online route, your points will be earned automatically — just like any other online order!
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your account on the website and look for the gift icon — it will show your current points balance and available rewards.
Do my points expire?
Check your account dashboard for the most current info on point expiration — I'll always keep that updated there!
I placed an online order but don't see my points — what should I do?
Make sure you were logged in to your account when you placed the order. If everything looks right and your points still aren't showing up, just reach out and I'll be happy to help sort it out!
