Swatch & Learn a Technique Challenge

A fearless journey through color, craft, and techniques.  You are not going to want to miss this interactive challenge where you will use items in your stash and learn some new techniques at the store while earning tokens torwards the Grand Finale Swatch & Learn Party on Sunday, July 13, 2025.  There are three in store BONUS challenges too, see below.

Use your tag book (included in the registration) and apply the weekly and bonus techniques to make your own customized and creative swatch book which can be used for inspiration and reference.

Note, if you want to participate in the auction and redeem your tokens for prizes, you must be able to attend the Grand Finale Swatch & Learn Party on Sunday, July 13, 2025 from 10:30am - 2:00pm.  Otherwise, you will receive a FREE gift valued at $22.50.

1. Register for the event.

2. Pick up your Tag Swatch Book & labels at COTM

3. Complete weekly challenges which will be announced each Tuesday starting June 3, 2025.  You can complete the challenges weekly or as you have time, so long as they are in your tag book and you bring it with you to the party.  Register at any time up until July 10, 2025.  Note, the store will be closed on 6/21 to 6/30/25.  The quantity of tags to be created for the weekly challenge will be provided with the cooresponding challenge.

4. Attend the in person Event & Auction on July 13, 2025, details for event below.

5. Use your tokens for the auction to win some wonderful crafty prizes. 

6. You do not need to complete all the weekly challenges to participate in the Grand Finale party.

In person Event & Auction

 - Date: Sunday, July 13, 2025

 - Time: 10:30am to 2pm EST

 - Make a couple more tags using products from Crafts the Move

 - Tag redemption - show the host completed weekly tags and bonus challenges and you will receive tokens to be used at the in store party/auction July 13, 2025.  Each completed tag is worth 5 tokens.

- Auction will commence in the store at 1:00pm EST on July 13. 2025.  Items will be auctioned off, and you can use your tokens to win prizes.  Please note: 10:30am - 1:00pm EST is reserved to add more techniques to your tag book.  If you can't make the auction, you will receive a FREE participant gift, valued at $22.50.  Auction attendees can either select the free gift or forfeit the free gift and participate in the Auction for the prizes.

Some bonus challenges to complete at home might be announced periodically during Facebook Lives, Instagram, and emails. 

No refunds.  Must register to participate.  Additional offers may be made throughout the event.  Tag refills are available to purchase as an add-on.  Each tag will be worth 5 tokens.  Some bonus tokens may be awarded during the event.  There will be over $200 worth of crafty prizes auctioned off.
